2025 - How's the Weather Where You Are?

Meh! Same ol', same ol'. Higher that average temps expected for the next few days and no rain. I've been manually watering plants with the water collected in my dehumidifiers.

This is getting monotonous - same thing every day - temps in upper 80s to low 90s F, few to no clouds or wind.
I suppose that's better than getting a flood.

Had a light rain earlier this morning. 75ºF right now. Suppose to reach close to 90ºF this afternoon.

Cool down starting today...temp only 2 digits for the next 10 days or so. Very Unusual. 97* today.

There are currently some mysterious drops of water or something falling from the sky today. First in weeks. Grass is all brown.

We had thunderstorm early this morning at 4:15 woke me up, went back to sleep

Better today. My sunglasses didn't fog up within a few seconds of me stepping outside.

It is surprising how the weather is different than it was pre-1989. I was used to hot, humid summers and to heat lightning (no rain). Pools opened on May 1st. December was the rainy month. My heavy winter coat, when I moved to Boston, became my fall jacket (until November). I didn't own a hat or scarf, and I don't recall wearing gloves.

When I moved to Boston, people would complain about the high humidity, and I couldn't feel it at all. When friends would go to Atlanta on business, I'd warn them about the humidity there. They didn't believe me until they exited the airport building and got smacked with it.
