you'd think looking at my photo above that we were having the same temps as you Hawkie.. but we were just 10 deg today....

Yep. I have the same warnings. Two rounds coming my way tomorrow, Wednesday.

Yesterday's high was allegedly 78, but it felt cooler in the waterfront park on the Hudson river. I felt immediately warmer when I got off the train to come home. It's supposed to rain today and tomorrow. The high today will be 71F (real feel 68); the high tomorrow is forecast to be 57 (real feel 50)

It is still 71 here. our meteorologists are telling us to be prepared to get put under a tornado watch in the next couple of hours. Your 40 is supposed to be here late this evening.

I went to town and picked up 200# of horse feed, filled the car up at Kroger - $3.19/gal. There’s already a big dead tree down on my road, that got pushed to the side. If more go down during the storm, getting thru might not happen right away in my little Saturn.
