I’m going to get a 4% raise on my pension this year and in 2027 I’ll get 5% every year for life so I’m really grateful for that.

The 4 % rule (spend 4%/yr from retirement accounts) is really just an approximation. And inflation applies both ways so your assets' value should be growing at a similar rate.
