3 years prison for raping and impregnating 13 year old girl

Castration (either chemical or by removing of the testicles) does not completely stop the possibility of further rapes.
It stops most part of the testosterone production (95 per cent) which leads to decreased libido and the ability for an erection.
But about 5 per cent of the testosterone is produced in the adrenal cortex.
And if the patient stops taking pills for chemical castration or after removing the testicles takes testosterone his libido will increase and so will the capability for an erection.
A really safe method would only be castration and penectomy. The first kills the libido, the second the use of his 'instrument'.
Thanks for your post. It was graphic, but worded tactfully enough for a forum. Mostly, it was enlightening - to me anyway - since I always thought surgical castration removed everything.

Sometimes it is better if the man does not take responsibility and just goes away. There are men who stalk and with that comes the adduction of the child and or murder of mother....think about it. I wold not want that man's face in my life after he committed a crime against me. Being stalked is not fun, trust me!!
Yes, but taking responsibility and paying for the child does not mean stalking. If stalking occurs, imprisonment would be my answer.

If I had ever been stalked by anybody I would leave the area, cahnge my idenity etc. For the most part a man who will not pay support is not a good guy---duh. If the courts finally get around to his case it ma be too late. Basically there is something very wrong about a man/person who will stalk. Do you want to get up every morning and wonder if today is the day just a a few dollars? No thanks.
