I had a generous slice for brekkie this morning. In my own recipe I do not use eggs so I usually substitute sour cream or heavy cream. Works just as well. Surprisingly tasty pie and highly nutritious.

Muesli. Some types taste better than others (that is, they're our favorites). All have a LOT of fiber. We like muesli (uncooked) with milk.

Depending on how often you eat it, all that fiber keeps you ::ahem:: regular.

Just to be clear, no one has to do all 30 of those things. Just eat the one or two that works best for you every day. Chili and cornbread is my usual lunch. Nuts are my go-to snack. Quinoa tastes like crap.
