50th High School Reunion

Will be attending my 50th HS reunion tomorrow night! I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone again.. Anyone else attend their 50th?

Yup, we had our 50th in 2010 at a nice casino/resort in Blackhawk, Colorado. It was a hoot to see some of the old crew I hadn't seen in decades. I brought along my high school yearbook, and referenced it frequently as I met some of the old group....as I wouldn't have recognized most of them after all those years. There were over 200 that made the Party...and it stretched far into the night.
 
Yes, and I discovered an old friend from my class living near me, 3000 miles away from where we went to school. My husband and I became good friends with him and his wife.

Also, my husband found his old best friend from elementary school by attending his 50th. Those reunions are great ways of reconnecting.
 
Yesterday was hubby`s 50th as well (and my sister`s-same class) We didn`t go as it was our granddaughter`s 11th bday so we didn`t want to miss it. I know my sister didn`t go either since I saw on FB she had travelled to the East coast for a dog show. We used to always go to the reunions but hubby prefers to just go to mine-he liked my class better than his anyway. My 50th will be in two years.
 
I live across the country from where I went to school, so its unlikely I'll ever attend, although maybe if I happen to ever be there at the time it would be interesting to see some people.
