Mama turned 64 today and I'm thinking about doing something really special tonight by fixing her a romantic candlelit supper.

After being together over 40 years money is no object.......Whatcha think, a fried baloney sammich or canned vienna sausages and saltines ?
 

She is still just a child compared to some of us so a nice flufnutter would probably be welcomed. And a happy day to her, now go out and work in her garden...
 

We went out a little early to beat the crowd and had seafood at Red Lobster......she had a whole steamed lobster and a side order of steamed crab legs and with me never really being a lobster or crab leg kinda guy I had a mixed seafood platter which consisted of scallops, clams, flounder and shrimp.

Mama enjoyed herself and that's the important thing.
 
Awwwww Ike ya done good, Red Lobster is the perfect evening out:love_heart::love_heart: But just a suggestion for next year...to celebrate sixty five a nice piece of meaningful jewelry might be a thought.

I'll keep that in mind Ken.......it sure would have been a bunch cheaper. :)

I was up most of the night with a BAD case of heartburn from that fried seafood platter.

If and when there is a next time at Red Lobster I'll be having the grilled or baked salmon......nothing else fried from there.
