81 year old woman carjacked in California while feeding the homeless.

Bless her heart, they do say no good deed goes unpunished, but I'm very pleased to hear this good samaratin is not hurt, despite being knocked to the ground by her own car.. and that they have apprehended the thief and he's now in jail

Most criminals are lazy and look for the easiest prey. It's the blatant disregard or lack of honor shall we say that thugs and selfish pos like this attack a senior who could be feeding people they know being they're roaming the public looking for an opportunity to exploit.
It seems I'm repeatedly sickened by inhuman beings - and it's making me angry, when it used to just make me sad. I don't like getting angry because I fear that it might turn me mean. And the world doesn't need any more mean.

When you do social work on the streets it gets scary, nasty, dangerous, and sometimes deadly. I know from working in the ghettos of NYC. BUT, it takes special bravery to go back after this kind of event....from the article

"The victim told CBS News that the carjacking would not stop her from continuing to help those in need."

and see how the majority of those helped REALLY appreciate it.
