Make it life! This individual caused so much destruction and probable death, even to animals if no humans were killed, they should never be free.

I haven't had a home burn down but I'm very affected by fires due to where I live.

Over decades have also been arsonists here in California during periods of hot dry winds. I have water wasters living below me. They flush the toilet a lot and sometimes they let it just run or it runs intermittently. They know it does this but they don't check the toilet. Once it ran open for 3 hours. This is the jerk that yells at the woman who lives there and she was on the ground that one night.
