That is a hard question to answer. I guess I would go with a sausage pie. Good for breakfast/brunch served with biscuits, honey and cinnamon butter and fresh fruit.

Still good for lunch or dinner served with a tossed salad.

Grilled scallops would be heaven. I'm allergic to some seafood .. so glad I can eat scallops!

I love this Cheddar Tomato soup that the store I go to makes along with their Tortellini Salad. It's to die for! Maybe add a Boston Strip Steak too. So very yummy!

That's the one, we should start a group tour to try it! When we are done we can show up at her house and say "well you said we could visit." Keep this on the down low, she would not suspect a thing!!

Like Holly, a Seafood Chowder!

Well then there's pizza....with good Italian sausage and sliced Mozzarella, not shredded, from a screaming hot oven so the bubbles on the outer crust char a tiny bit.

Since so many have mentioned scallops, they happen to be my favorite food. Seasons 52 has incredible caramelized scallops.



So does our local restaurant, Malai kitchen, served on Pad Thai noodles.



I would love to find some good fried jumbo scallops, but they seem to be rare here in Dallas.
