Yep, a "screaming hot" oven. Unfortunately, home ovens can never rise to the temp of a serious commercial pizza oven... 850-900 F.Like Holly, a Seafood Chowder!
Well then there's pizza....with good Italian sausage and sliced Mozzarella, not shredded, from a screaming hot oven so the bubbles on the outer crust char a tiny bit.
