A Doctor Who Was Being Treated For Ebola In the States Has Died

I saw that on the news, it's a shame they couldn't do anything to save him, but they did their best, more than he could expect elsewhere. I understand he was already in critically severe condition when he arrived at the hospital, no kidney function whatsoever, severe respiratory problems, etc. I'm sure we'll see more fatalities, and learn as we go along on how to treat this disease.
 
Yes, it does appear, they did as much as humanly possible, once treatment was started, it was too late. Sad indeed.

Did he come to the U.S. on a commercial jet ?? Just curious about the other passengers if he already had the virus..

Yes, really, confusing to some degree. This false/positive in the early stage is a good reason for quarantines for a time period in some situations.

My thoughts exactly. How many other times have they gotten false results and acted / not acted on them, and what were the results?
