Sacchetti  pasta

meaning little sacks or beggar's purse

stuffed Italian pasta.

On a restaurant's menu: Tipsy Saccchetti
filled with ricotta and parmesan cheese with
homemade brandy blush sauce, cherry tomatoes
and fresh mozzarella.

Anyone ever had or made?
 

No, but I do make stuffed shells with ricotta and spinach. They are very good so I am sure I would like this.
