I thought my $16.00 snake plant from Amazon was expensive.
I have a variegated Hosta plant that the deer have riddled with holes. I wonder if it would pass for the one shown.
I'd let it go for half the price.

I don't think that Hosta plant attempt would work, Ruth, but good try!

However, snake plants did come to my mind yesterday, too,

when this thread brought up the topic, of how unusual some of the variegated varieties are, due to most plants reverting back to the general predominant one.
It would be fun to spring for the unusual type of snake plant, for under $20, or at least less than the one that Kadee was trying to sell us!

@Kaila I've been getting into snake plants recently. Mainly because sometimes we travel and stay with my daughter for awhile and snake plants can go a long time without water.
There are many varieties of them also. I have my eye on another one from Amazon called moonshine. Nothing much to look at ,just a dull cream color but so different from the rest. I like to buy my plants locally but haven't seen this one yet. Just biding my time.
