A Memory Foam Bed in Doggie Heaven, or a Special Place in Doggie Hell?

Why is she teasing the dog, just for amusement, I don't find this funny personally, the dog will bite if teased like this. She is teaching it a buzz word, if the dog is around someone else and the buzz word is spoken the dog would react in the same way and the other person may not be able to quiet it..very sad to see this

Actually I understand what's going on there. That's a smile there. Many dogs will give a big grin for their favorite humans. Of course it can look frightening to outsiders. But that's one happy pup.

I don't think it's a smile -- I've had smilers, and they don't growl like that.

I agree with Jeannine, it's a buzz word (as in opposite of a safe word).

Perhaps you're right, I don't know the dog personally. With Callie he will make the most chilling posturing when he hears sounds outside-rattling growls, bared teeth-but if you pet him during such an episode he wags his tail too. Sophie reacts crazily to the raspberry sound. We never make the raspberry sound if she's in the room because she will try to bite...dogs are weird.
