A Nice Walk ( with photos )

Yesterday I forgot to post our walk so I’ll be posting it today.

We went to the provincial park in town. We walked our regular walk which was about 3 kilometres.

This is a picture of the channel opening. It’s where the boats come in to dock.

Today we went to the Celtic Shores for a walk.
It was 9 degrees today and we walked 4 kilometres. My heel tendons were a bit sore but I pushed through it.

This is a picture of the first bridge we get to.

This is a picture of a bulk ship. It’s a ship that carries chunks of rock to be shipped to various places in the world including Disney world. The rock mountain behind the boat is called Cape Porcupine Mountain. It’s what the causeway was made from. The causeway is the bridge that connects Cape Breton to Nova Scotia.

Anyway that’s all I have for today.

Great pictures Patty. Some of the scenery looks similar to where I live, except for the hyland cows.
I don't see any of them around here.
Thank you Raven.
Whereabouts do you live? If that’s too personal please don’t answer. I’m not trying to make you uncomfortable.

Today we went along the trail that runs along the Atlantic Ocean. It’ was 8 degrees Celsius and very foggy. We met one other person walking. She was an elderly woman who used to have a little dog but it died 2 years ago.
We walked about 4 1/2 kilometres.

This trail was quite safe to walk on . There was only about 30 feet that was all snowy but the rest was fine. The pictures aren’t very clear due to the fog.

Have a nice day.
Ooo, I love the trail picture!
