A Question About Age Spots

I've noticed, over the last couple of years, I have developed 3 small age spots on my cheek. They're not big, and they're not bumps, just discolorations.

They're just 3 little spots, a little darker than my skin. About the size of, maybe, a sesame seed.

My wife didn't even notice them until I pointed them out.

I don't have them anywhere else, just those three.

Should I worry about this?

It is nothing to worry about probably. It is natural.
You can remove them with laser burns at a skin clinic. I did it several times years ago and glad.
A few seconds of pain and it is burned off. Then you need to apply skin cream
and stay out of the sun. You may need to repeat it.
Creams alone OTC are probably not enough. The skin gal is professional and fast.
No insurance covers it.
