Me n' Mel had a nice visit yestiddy from me n' Sue's third n' final daughter, Jaime, plus her (and her husband's) two n' only kids. At one point, Jaime made note of me elder kitty-cat (13), "Commander Chakotay of the Starship Voyageur's" penchant for walking in right-turn circles. His Vet told me six months ago it was probly due to summink inside his right ear, that weren't nowt to worry aboot. So here's Jaime, n' she says to me, "Hey Papa ... " n' I says, "Wot?". N' she says to me, "I read there's a lotta animals worldwide, wot've bin spotted walking in right-turn circles, n' they say it's cuz there's bin a shift in the Universe!" So, I thought aboot this for mebbe 62 seconds, n' then I retorts back to Jaime, in that wizened olde wisdom-filled way wot I have, "Ya know wot that is, eh?" n' she says, "Wot?". N' I says, "That's wot yinz call yer're "Disinformation", is wot!" N' then I says, "Shift in the Universe, my arse, eh?". N' then Jaime says, "Hmmm ... Yer're probly right, Papa ... ", n' I says, "Now, that's where yer're right, me love!"
Ergo ... I thought this little anecdote might be an interesting subject for discussion ... or not ... we'll see, eh? What obvious disinformation stories have yinz guys read, or heard?
