A very old family picture

I came across this picture of my Grandparents and their children. Taken about 1918 in front of their home. The young boy standing between my grandparents was my dad. Nona was expecting my uncle (her last child) at the time of this photo. So, you can see the age difference.
The lady to the left of my nona is my Aunt Lucy, and the babies with her are her children. Aunt Lucy died of TB about 4 or 5 years later, and my grandparents raised her daughters. Apparently my Old Italian Grandfather stated that the girls would be living with their father over his dead body.

Marie, I loved your picture. I treasure old pictures more than anything. I came across 2 just a few minutes ago. My Dad as a baby sitting on his Dad's lap in 1914 and the other was my Mom, Dad my Older Brother and Sister and me the youngest with my hands on my Dad's shoulder.

I have been able, in a small way, to help construct my family tree at FamilySearch back 19 generations, all the way back to the 17th century. My help was just adding present generations and some past generations on my father's side. But I don't have any cool pictures to post.

Thank you Kaila. Family pictures means so much to me. The only thing I wanted after my Parents passed away were pictures.I told my brother and sister and all the grandchildren they could have whatever they wanted all I needed were pictures.My Parents at the Park.
