A visitor in the backyard

We call them Ground Hogs, or Woodchuck here in Missouri.

Papa used to say a phrase which he called a tongue-twister...

"How much wood, would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck would chuck wood..." 🤣🤣🤣 Good learning with him growing up. Multiple languages studies we did together, was so much fun...

In my neighborhood, it is common to see a bear, fox or some deer wandering around. We cannot push them all out with constant building. They will not stand for it.
