Next year the RAV4 will join the Camry and the Sienna to be 100% hybrid vehicles in the USA.

I remember my father being joyful when our Chrysler hit 20mpg on a road trip. Today’s Camry can hit 50 at times and usually gets mileage in the mid to high 40s.

Last year we bought a used 2022 Toyota Corolla hybrid. Getting an average of 57 mpg. With regular gas in California averaging around $4.50 per gallon that helps a lot. That's mostly around town driving. No long trips.
