I always felt sad for him. He was a genius in his field of being a theoretical physicist. I read, or at least tried to read, a book of his while I was in flight school. I just didn't have the prerequisites required to keep up with him and to understand everything that he was talking about.

I saw the movieThe Theory of Everything'14 which is about his life,starring Eddie Reymane as Hawking. I read the book the movie is based on by,written by his 1st ex wife,Jane which is more detailed.They were married for nearly 25yrs,a couple of kids,they divorced after 25yrs of marriage.When Hawking became more well known,he became a different person to his family. I recommend the book
