I just finished completing an online survey for Consumer Cellular. When you come to the question asking what your sex is, there was a time in which you had 2 choices, male or female. Now it's different, completely different.

Male
Female
Non-binary/third gender
Prefer to self describe
Prefer not to answer

In the: "How Times Have Changed," thread, Paladin1950 noted that in a survey asking: "What is your sex?" just two choices were given.
