Ads on Streaming Site? No where to be seen?

Maybe someone can explain. It appears that the ads have been removed from my streaming providers. NetFlix, Prime & TUBI (free) to name a few. I reverted back to my laptop for viewing content & utilizing headphones & as an added incentive - No ads? I needed to start using headphones to watch my selected 'shoot em up' movies on streaming because they are more personal/private and the TV doesn't have to on or have the volume at the sonic boom setting. it seems there are no ads now is that possible? Just quick little blackout blurps.

Duh! Just thought of something, I was watching everything on my ROKU TV, but now i watch them on my laptop with headphones. Laptop/Headphones go through my browser and the ROKU was straight through my modem. My laptop browser has ad, tracking & popup blocking addons so hardly anything gets through. The modem is through my DSL provider alone.

My browser blockers are free, so more hidden benefits. OMG you gotta love open source & FireFox!

Until they catch on and block you for theft of service.
I already pay for 'No ads' on all my providers, I will still continue to pay maybe or not! I quit worrying about the small shit!. How am I stealing a service???? The point a free blockers is much bigger & smarter than you or I? I just don't have to watch any ads if I choose. Good luck with that! Think of it Matrix could start charging for using the 'ignore' link. I'm starting to ramble. Sorry, I gotta move on.

ADDED: The other thing I have with NetFlix I need to pay full premium price, the standard edition only allows 2 devices to connect we have 3 2 Chromebooks & my Linux laptop, the premium allow more. I think 6. So, to get no ads & access for 3. I need to pay $24,99 per month.

My computer has ad blockers, so I am guessing yours does too.
Nice, isn't it?
Yep, I use FireFox with uBlock & Ghostery as add-ons. Having more than 2 active causes thrashing, slows browsing down considerably. Both are free and extremely effective used both for years., I saw where one of the top Linux distros includes uBlock as part of it's FREE open source .iso install.

ADDED: 04-10-25 Watched 1 (Series) & 2 (movies) last night as a test, S -Prime/Masterpiece, M - NetFlix & M - TUBI =zero ADS. Being a couch potato I normally only get 1 or 2 movies watched.
