Adults behaving badly at a kindergarten graduation. Brawl over seat hoarding

Imagine wearing your red pajamas with hearts all over to a fight?

I went into my regular little Methodist church one morning, headed to my usual aisle seat fourth row back, and stopped short when, just as I was about to sit down, a young woman threw a long coat over most of the pew and announced that she was "saving these seats." I said, "Oh sorry!" turned around and went home, but who ever heard of saving seats other than in the junior high cafeteria?

It seemed curious because the church is usually only about one quarter full, but then I realized it was the Sunday for the kid's Christmas pageant. The parking lot had been overly full, too. Now I take those Sunday's off.

One woman that was later arrested, first struck another woman on the head with a chair after verbal confrontations between groups. Then a group of men from that group began pummeling the interviewed guy being beaten who was on the ground. And women joined in physically brawling with other women.

Suspect much reflects the general culture in that region. Toledo has had major gang problems for decades and has a nickname "Little Chicago".

I read an article yesterday on this.
The first woman arrested was not denying her involvement but was throwing a fit about "fair" and "other people were doing it too". This says a lot to me that sadly many have not matured since JR high.
At no time in history has Life been FAIR
just because someone else does it does not make it right and " do overs" and participation trophies led to people who simply cannot regulate their emotions or impulses.

The adults were the ones who would have benefitted from a good kindergarten program. Isn't that where you learn to "use your words" instead of hitting? Or that "two against one," much less six against one is wrong? Or that "kicking someone when she is down" is particularly mean?

I went to school with kids from all walks of life including shacks in the West Virginia hollers with no address. I never once saw girls fighting.
