up, I find the ole bod is not happy today...sure the tinnitus is lessened, but the
aches and pains have come to the forefront....when walking I feel as if I'm going
to "fall off my waist" wierd right?!?! Different joints doing different things today,
guess part of it is the high humidity, 80%, wow.....ah well..I'll probably survive!!! LOL...

I know that feeling. It's been happening at my knee joints for the past several weeks. Or maybe it's my hips. I literally feel like I'm walking with someone else's legs. It's not really painful, it's unsettling.

Living just north of Houston for 43 years now, and I continue to ache from the constant humidity - not to mention weather extremes. Right now my knees are aching, and while they feel better when walking, then other parts of my ol bod start aching too. On the other hand, the humidity is good for the skin (but bad on hairdos).

I've lived in Dallas for 3 years where it is pretty dry, but gets higher temps. You just can't win.

High humidity is just awful. I find that taking Turmeric and Glucosamine does help with those weird body off-i-ness. For “falling off my waist” I’d probably do some yoga or other stretches. High humidity is why I have five small fans in my little apartment. It's not hot enough for the AC to run, but the air needs to move.

Anybody tried this.
I lay down on the couch and turn so that I can stick my legs up on the back of the couch.
It elevates the legs to where the blood flows easier to the heart and it feels great to me.
I usually do it once before I go to bed and then again after I wake up in the morning for about ten to fifteen minutes at a time.
My legs seem to have a lot less pain after doing this in the morning.
Read where it doesn’t hurt to do this up to five times a day.
But I’m too busy to do it that many times.

It takes about 2 hours for my body to shut up!!!
