After the Earthquakes

The Turkish City of Iskadern is sinking into the Mediterranean Sea,
the earthquakes have caused Turkey to move 3 metres into the sea!

The Turkish town I lived in, Yalova, was the 6th Yalova in history. The previous 5 were now in the Sea of Marmara. If you went diving, you could see ruins.

Unfortunately, the town was destroyed again in an earthquake in the 1990's and has been built again as a modern resort city. Very little is left from the previous town.
