One of the "joys" of growing older, seems to be Age Spots on the skin. This is especially prevalent among those of us who like to get outdoors in the sun. I've found a simple and cheap solution that has been working quite well for me, so I thought I'd share it.
I mix 1/3rd Olive Oil, 1/3rd Apple Cider Vinegar, and 1/3rd water in a small plastic bottle. Then, in the evening, after supper, I shake up the bottle, and dab some of this mix on the spots with a Q-tip. You have to do this fairly quickly, as the oil, vinegar and water begin to separate quickly. It takes perhaps 30 minutes to work into the skin...a short TV show...and then, you are good to go. I started doing this last summer, and it has cleared up my "blotchy" hands and arms quite nicely. Note...it Must be Apple Cider Vinegar....the other stuff doesn't seem to do as well.
Give it a try....sure beats some of this "As Seen on TV" junk that costs a bundle.
