The guy is a pilot, not a policy maker. Or was he guilty of chastising passengers over the PA on his flights?
I believe there are people doing far worse, far more effectively due to their positions and power.
When dealing with such things, they're not weighing up every bad thing that happens and first determining which is worse, and then only concentrating on those items. I hear what you're saying, but I don't see how it applies here.
Everyone being required to think the same way is not good.
That isn't what is happening here, either. The guy is free to believe as he wishes, to post whatever he wishes. However, within the framework of his professional life, there are limits. I'd of thought this was common sense. The guy wasn't sanctioned because he thinks Jews are terrorists. He was sanctioned because he made derogatory statements about a percentage of the businesses client, and likely would have affected the companies bottom line. Ultimately, the decision made was a financial one, not a moral or ethical one.
