My digital alarm clock has decided to go wacko. I just discovered that the alarm does not turn on at the required time. It does, however, eventually turn on , but it does so 10-12-20 minutes later. Bizarre !

AH HA. Yes, that was it. I never use the snooze , but I must have accidentally turned it on. Alarm now works as intended.Maybe it’s in auto-snooze mode, @senior chef !

Sorry about your alarm clock. It's bad when you can't rely on it, when you really have to get up on time. I never used the 'snooze' thing. Who thinks 10 minutes of extra sleep is enough?

Unless you're not yet retired....
Last I used one was the next morning of the last day I worked
Just to wake up, listen the neighbors cars warming up
Then turn the pillow to the cool side
and giggle myself back to sweet sweet slumber
