All for $19.99. Those cure all TV ads.

There are hundreds of TV "Senior" health products. Some of their claims are pretty ridiculous. Their TV ads usually run at 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM. They cure back pain , while cleaning your gutters.:) The $19.99 price tag is to ensure that you cannot sue them in US courts. (You can bring suit only if the product is sold for $20 or more.) I don't like how those ads skirt around the fact they just don't work.

My pet peeve is all the phony "diabetic" products. They take some ordinary thing, maybe fiddle with a bit & charge up to 500% more than what the normal product would be, like the $500 " diabetic " shoes when one could find the equivalent in a good shoe store for much less. Same with the diabetic "nutritional" drinks. Fot pity sake, Go get yourself a small chocolate shake for 1/3 the price! I've even seen "diabetic" aspirin. Dozens of similar rip offs. I swear they'd try to sell "diabetic" toilet tissue if they thought they could get away with it. I'm saying this as a person who has successfully managed Type II since 1994 without complications or using any of their high priced junk. I admit it took me a year or so to catch on to the scam& I always pass the word every chance I get.

But they must be making money or they couldn't afford the advertising.

I'm shocked at how gullible some people are.

And the products even show up in the supermarket.

I saw one on the shelf. I couldn't believe it so I took a picture to show to my friends.

Colon Cleanser.

Picture of an old guy with a beard.
Professor Phartstopper. New and Improved. All Natural. Elixer of Capsacin Etrexus.

We are back to the days of the Medicine Wagon but more sophisticated now.

Dr. Ho is making a killing on his electronic muscle twitcher.

But it's all OK for big pharma to sell all their drugs and make gazillions and spend billions on TV and newspaper ads....and then we have to take another drug to offset side effects of the initial drug.

I don't fall for a lot but have been working Alternatively and holistically for 25+ yrs and good health for 80 yrs young.

Just like gluten free products. You can now get gluten free corn chips, and gluten free potato chips. The fact that they were already gluten free seems to be of little concern.
People ARE gullible because they don’t know. People are just as gullible with conventional medicine though.
