Allergies can ruin a nice spring day

This is an update on my allergies and sinus issues. I still have some extreme pain in my sinuses and abdomen ( plus nausea ) and ankles and feet. We have been looking into the condition of "Histamine Intolerance". I am wondering if anyone has had this condition.? I have stopped eating foods that are high in histamines. It is supposed to be a few weeks before things start calming down. This condition really effects my ability to enjoy things, and even can turn my mood into being very disappointed and even upset. I do not know what is causing such a prolonged, weird, condition.
