Almond Flour Waffles

1/2 cup almond flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/3 cup Swerve granulated (or whatever your choice sweetener is)
1 Tbsp. Golden Ground Flaxseed (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Cooking spray

Preheat your waffle iron. Combine almond flour, salt and baking soda. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, Swerve and extract. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Grease the preheated waffle iron. Spoon the batter onto hot waffle iron. Try not to overfill and put it in the center so it does not go over the sides. Cook until golden and serve hot.

I served it with melted butter and Brown Swerve on top. Sugar free syrups too.

I think this would be good as a substitute for bread or buns. Use with eggs or a hamburger bun or sandwich.
