Amazon Prime Delivery Trucks

Amazon don't have their own domestic delivery trucks here . Hermes, UPS.. or any number of independents deliver Amazon parcels, including our Postman, from Royal Mail

They do now, at least in Scotland. Part of Amazon Logistics.

My local distribution centre is Dundee.

The trucks carry Amazon livery and the drivers, at least my local driver, wear Amazon clothing and are Amazon

employees.

You will also see Mercedes taxis in Scotland.

Well that's a first...never seen them, never had them deliver to us . and believe me we get a LOT ... of deliveries. You'd think they'd use them in the Capital before anywhere else...

You live too far away from Dundee Hollydolly.
They won't have their own vehicles in the Capital
as they would have to pay the congestion charge.

Mike.

So far as I know the do have rgem in the capital, but our capital, not yours!

I wonder if this is tied up with the growing protest about couriers charging extra to deliver north of the border and Amazon, who have never done it, see an advantage?
