Ambulance runs in the AM

We live near several retirement community and can hear the Ambulance runs. They seem to occur a lot in the AM hours. Why is that? Is it something that triggers heath attacks the wife and I should be aware of or looking out for?

They seem to be random where I live.

I have heard that Sunday night and Monday morning are particularly bad for working folks.
