A South Carolina animal sanctuary is asking for volunteers to cuddle their rescue pigs.
In December 2018, Cotton Branch Farm Animal Sanctuary rescued 225 abused and neglected pigs from a property in Kentucky, according to CNN affiliate WIS.

As a small child living on a farm, I loved the 15-20 pigs that my grandparents had. .. thought they were just another animal to play with!
Whenever I wanted to visit with them, I would go into their pig pen. Nothing bad ever happened.

I'll be honest. In a nation of 'everything goes better with bacon', all I can do is laugh my arse off at kind of article. They want to be cuddled? Pig in a poke....

I suppose we all need a cuddle at times but I have to be honest....I’d be hard pressed to cuddle a pig.....now a baby orangutan, I’d never want to stop
