An interesting article on the potential effects of Vitamin B on people who get Covid-19

I'm posting this article because it's based on a study published in a peer reviewed journal (meaning it's been peer reviewed) and bases it's conclusions on information already known about what B vitamins do in the body.

The article is not based on an study that measures the effectiveness of B vitamins in people with Covid-19 but just a conjecture of how having sufficient B vitamin intake might help people avoid some of the most damaging reactions to Covid-19 infection.

A few months ago, just after the Covid-19 pandemic started, my doctor prescribed that I take a vitamin B-12 pill once a day. I've been doing so ever since. That's probably why he prescribed it, though he didn't mention it at the time, just said my B-12 level looked a little low.

I'm pretty near a vegan and take vitamin B-12 (only, not a B complex vitamin) once a week. Our bodies can store B-12.
