Who is fluent in pig-latin?
Perhaps you call it something different, but it's the language created by the rearrangement of sounds in a word such that the first sound is moved to the end and "ay" is added.
I can speak it quickly and without much effort. One of my boys can too, and we sometimes converse in pig-latin just to annoy the rest of the family. It was very convenient when my ex and I (who was also fluent in the pseudo language) needed to converse without the kids knowing what we were saying.
