I tried and tried and can't find the woman in the OP, but I always have trouble with those. There is a rather well known black and white picture hanging on a wall in my house, named "All Is Vanity." It appears to be a skull from a distance, but the closer you get, you see a woman at a vanity table.

I see the woman looking into the vanity mirror really easy. Is the woman with the goat picture just her face or is it the entire body? I’m having a hard time finding it.

It took me a minute to find the woman with the goat picture. Sometimes zooming out helps. I also found the two women in the skull picture. I enjoy these. Thanks for sharing, @Mike and @MACKTEXAS !

Mack, I can see two Victorian-looking women sitting opposite each other at a table, They could be playing chess.

It's what Kate said about the vanity picture, it's one woman sitting at a dressing table with various bottles in front of herself on the table as she looks into an oval mirror ("vanity"). It's clearly seen on my picture at home, but I couldn't find a better internet image that shows detail as well.
