.........98!!! ACK!! Not normal for our neck of the woods! And it is only the middle of May! I hope this is not going to be a habit cuz we don't have air conditioning here in this area. None needed. Usually stays around 65 year round, give or take. The past 2 days it has been over 90. :(

That's normal for Florida, isn't it? I hate hot weather. Which is why I live where I live (calif central coast)...cuz it stays cool year round. But not today or yesterday. Aiyee. Hope it starts to cool off.
 
Was in the 50s by me (Colorado), just had 30s and wet snow a couple of days ago. We'll take any moisture we can get, had very dry weather for several years now. Saw the terrible wildfires going on again in California today on the news. :(
 
Yeah...3 so far that I heard of. Way down south from me. But this is a bad sign, what with it being just the middle of may. I can imagine what it might be like in July and August! :(
