We went to Chaatable, an Indian restaurant that I’ve been wanting to try ever since I drove past it a couple weeks ago We both love ethnic foods.

Food was amazing, as was the ambience. Very different and fun. We will definitely be back! We rode in the mustang with the top down because the night felt amazing!

I had lamb seekh with a coconut cashew curry, ron had the shrimp with home style curry. Sheermal bread. Variety of delicious sides whose names I can’t remember. Dessert was honey soaked donut-like like rounds topped with a vanilla cream. Ron had indigestion off and on all night but he said it was worth it!! 😂

We're in rural Kentucky and good ethnic cuisine in basically non-existent.

I really, really miss all the diversity I enjoyed in Chicago...
I lived in Alabama a hundred years ago and I had exactly the same problem. I’m so grateful that Nashville has so much food diversity!

As a side note, Chicago pizza pie is one of my all time favorites! I’ve never had pizza like that before, or since!
