Another Epidemic Strikes in London

Electric scooters and bikes, they are everywhere, they have
caused deaths and put many in hospital.

The streets and pavements are used by both and the police
have said that they will not arrest users, or confiscate them,
as they did before.

I don't suppose that it is only here that there is a problem,
all other cities around the World are probably suffering too.

I saw one in Sydney when we visited the dentist in the city last week.
A young woman riding her scooter down the footpath did not seem to be much of a menace to me.
Cyclists making deliveries are much more of a problem in the CBD.

We're too small a city to have much of a problem.

It may also be that privately owned automobiles are still easily within reach for the average person.

Our biggest problem is people abandoning or vandalizing the HopOn motorized bicycle and scooter rentals around town.
