Lived in Michigan my whole life and never saw one.Strombolis were very popular in Michigan when we lived there. I don't see them much on the menus here in Florida.
I can't tell the difference either. Maybe my palate isn't sufficiently refined.I also have it. I can't taste the difference. I've read that it has "more minerals" but that's so vague. It is not Iodized and we need iodine.
