I really need another pot like I need a hole in the head but I had to have this one. It holds 3.5 Quarts, the bottom says Martha Stewart Exclusively for Macy's. I guess it is quite old. Excellent condition. I don't have one this size and I love the two rubber handles it has and I probably won't need a pot holder for this one.. Also quite deep. It has no lid but I have one that fits it perfectly. I am still doing holiday dinners here and there so I think I will get use out of it. Today was seniors day. Half price. I got it for $1.50. I don't have any Martha Stewart pots but I think they can be pricey. Actually I never really cared for the women but the price was more than right.

I have that exact pan, except that mine comes with a clear plastic cover, which is handy for looking inside and seeing what is happening. I use it a lot for noodle dishes.
