Simple lyrics, simple tunes, pure voices

I'm totally stuck in '60s music. That's all I listen to. Most of the 60s music doesn't have the excessive overdubbing and layering of later years. For me, that makes the songs sound crisper, and the sound quality is sharper.

a small sad story about Crosby Stills & Nash....

On a YT video , a comentator stated that in her youth her boyfriends' very rich parents paid for CSN to play at his 30th Birthday Party, where she and her friends had a wonderful time never to be forgotten.. she then goes on to state that she's now in her 70's and all her friends have died, and she's the only one left with the memories...

Sobering thought !

I was a wee lad in the 60's. Still i remember a lot of the music because i lived on AM radio.

If I got stuck listening to just one decade of music, it would have to be the sixties.

The seventies are close behind, but it was not as original as the decade before.

After the eighties there is almost nothing I will listen too, I guess I'm missing out
