Another person I knew has passed.

He was a prominent local businessman and owned a popular restaurant that closed a few years ago. Mom and I ate there on occasion. Considering that, there wasn't much in his obit - just when the services would be. He was only 79. His sister was in my HS graduating class.

Sad that as we age we lose all the folks we know. And a lot of folks don't bother with an obit, just post something on social media
