We quit getting the paper last year and once in awhile I will buy the Sunday paper mainly for the coupons and ads. The prices are sky high now and for what few sheets you get are hardly worth it.
A lot of towns and cities use to have morning and evening additions. When I was delivering papers, as a young boy, my own little town had 2 papers a day. Paper routes use to keep a lot of kids employed and out of trouble.
