ANy advice post knee operation?

I had therapy on my knee using Focused shockwave and EMtt a few weeks ago. This is a non invasive treatment to rectify knee problems
and although it takes time to recover, I was advised to rest the affected leg and no strenuous work for a while. I would expect any treatment of this type would need a longish period of rest, or at least, taking it easy.

Perhaps you could give more information about the kind of surgery and what problems you have, that other members can help you precisely.
 
I have had both knees operated on for torn meniscus.
A few years later, the left knee began to trouble me. The doctor injected Synvisc into the knee.
Haven’t had any issues since.
