Any Criminal Minds Fans?

I got turned on to CM by my son and his then S.O. I don't think I saw the first few episodes but that didn't distract from how great the show is. I was surprised to see Thomas Gibson (Hotch) playing such an intense character since I knew him from the comedy Dharma & Greg. Didn't like Gideon (Mandy Patinkin) but loved Rossi (Joe Mantegna) immediately. Even though Hotch and Morgan are now gone and with the exception of Gideon and when Jennifer Love Hewitt was on (because I didn't see that season), I have loved the team. I like that Prentiss (Paget Brewster) is back and the addition of Luke "Newbie" (Adam Rodriquez). I had stopped watching for awhile because frankly the reality of some of the episodes scared me. I started back again with season 11 because i really like Aisha Tyler (Tara) and wanted to see how she fit in with the team.

Do you or have you watched the show? What do you like best? Do you have a favorite character?

I've watched criminal minds since it first came on the air and I still watch it. I hate the fact that it won't be on any more. I still watch re-runs. Spencer is my favorite along with David and Derek . I will continue to watch the re-runs . It is the best show I've ever watched.
 
Yes. I like criminal minds but can’t watch it just before bed. This research woman who was called ‘baby girl’ by one of the actors, I really like.
She seems so comfortable in her own shoes.

Flashpoint was a great shown filmed in Canada. One of the few good shows made in Canada.
Cardinal, a new series is even more gory. I can’t watch that one.

Pappy, there were a couple I just couldn't watch due to the goriness. In one I think the unsub was throwing the bodies in the pig pen.
Sassycakes, it's almost hard to pick a favorite. I love Garcia, I love Rossi and I definitely love Tara. I miss Hotch but Luke is eye candy so.......:love:
I was surprised to see that the new agent Prentiss brought in to help with Mr. Scratch is an actor I had seen for the first time in the Black Lightening series, Damon Gupton as Steven Walker.

My granddaughter had Spencer as her screen saver for quite awhile according to her mother. LOL He is such a cutie. All of them play their parts so well and are believable as a team/family. At some point, I will go back to season 1 and watch from the beginning, then watch the other seasons I missed. I'm on S12 now so I will continue from there to the series finale first.
 
Mandy and I used to sing in the showers, together, in high school.

I hated the show, after an episode where the team let a woman be executed, by her own choice, even though they knew she was innocent, rather than have her son find out a deep secret about his and her past. Ridiculous plot!

As Mandy knew, and I agreed, it was too violent, too depressing. He was right to drop out, although his later series was evil, also.
