Any more news on the Ohio mass shooting

It IS being carried by many news outlets. It appears to be a drive-by shooting where 200 people were attending a birthday party and those who weren't injured were asked to disperse after the shooting.

Here is a link to NBC News. I have no further comment except that it is tragic when people die or are injured.

1 dead and more than 20 injured in shooting at Ohio birthday party

I saw news about the shooting on World News Tonight (ABC). These shootings are always so tragic and senseless. May that poor man RIP and condolences to his family. Seems it was a drive by and they found shell casings from different guns. No arrests yet. Here is the story ABC news published:

I don't know why those of you who didn't see it on the mainstream news...didn't! The story was carried by NBC, CBS, CNN, Fox and USA Today. Here is the search page with the links, some of which may have additional details:

Maybe someone was left off the invitation list?

I lived in Akron for a short while during the days when the rubber companies ruled Akron. After 90% of them left, the city sort of nosedived. Then, they had a revitalization project to turn the city around. When I attended a wedding there about 5 years ago, I was surprised to see how nice the city looked. The Goodyear buildings were all refurbished and the downtown area went through a make-over, kind of like Pittsburgh did with their new Mayor.

A lot of the other tire companies that left had their buildings converted to offices or torn down and other newer buildings took over the landscape.
